    Hello all,

    I have a problem with the shipping costs on the following website: https://show1.home-page-heroes.de/

    The shipping costs are actually displayed correctly – Even with VAT. (Price 4,90€).

    I use a welcome bonus of 10€ discount with the coupon code WELCOME10 – This works fine so far.

    But if I have an item in the cart that costs less than 10 € and enter the welcome coupon that the item is free, then the shipping costs are suddenly displayed net (4.12€).

    I have set the tax status “Taxable” in shipping.

    In the Woocommerce settings I have selected “Enable tax rates and calculation”.

    I have also already deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and switched to a standard theme – also without success.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Can you provide a link to the product that is having this issue?

    I was checking with a product that is below 10 EUR but I am unable to see the issue so far.

    Can you send us a screenshot showing the WELCOME10 coupon settings you can use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Also please share screenshots of your tax, and shipping settings. Be sure to redact any sensitive information.

    As well as the screenshots we’d like you to share the following:

    * Share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Hello Igor,

    thank you very much for the quick reply. I found out that it is because of the plugin “German Markets”. I wrote to the developers there and got a solution.
