False Postitives – Server Not Found.

Every day my link checker shows so many links broken under “Server not found”, sometimes there are over 100 of these per day. But if I hit the recheck button on each link, it changes to a “200 OK” message. The plugin has been deleted and re installed, but this same issue still occurs. This is wasting so much of my time every day. Is there a solution?
