    When I post a comment with an e-mail from hushmail.com I get the following…

*** Forbidden. Mail domain for disposable e-mails Message seems to be spam. ***

This is false. Hushmail (https://www.hushmail.com/) is a valid e-mail provider. No different from GMail or Hotmail.

    Two question:

Is there a way to whitelist all hushmail.com e-mail addresses?

Why is Hushmail showing up as a disposable?

    Hello,
I have problem also with @poczta.onet.pl – which is one of the first polish e-mail provider.

So the questions I have are:
    1. Where can I check the list of blocked emails?
    2. How can I predict which email will be blocked as far I do not know my feature clients? My site is in three languages: polish, english and french. So there are a lot of potential different e-mail providers.
    3. Can I disable the email blocking feature and if I can – would the antispam be effective in a way or not at all?

    Best regards,
    Dominik

    Hello, Dominic

    1. You can check all requests from your web-site over your anti-spam logs:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests

    2. There are a lot of filters, not just email address. You can always check your requests over your anti-spam logs, mark them if there are false positives or missed spam and contact us. So we can analyze your requests, and implement changes in filtering:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/faq#feedback_spam

    3. No, there is no such feature. We can only recommend you to use your personal lists to whitelist any email/IP address and etc:
    https://cleantalk.org/blacklist-usage

    Best regards.

OK, I understand the process now.

Last question – where can I change (and translate) the text:
***Forbiden. ….. Mail domain for disposable e-mails ***
WPML plugin does not find the string.

    Best regards,
    Dominik

    Thank you

    Thank you,
If I may advice something. It would be more pro if you alow also class html tag. Then I (and others) could define with css to hide class=en and class=fr on PL page. And so on…
With tags like p, a and br – it is not possible.

So maybe you could add the feature in the future ??

    Best regards,
    Dominik

Dominik, we’ve tested servers response and found that you already can use the class tag in the message for forbidden visitors:

    <p class=”Test”>Test message</p>

    You can try.

    Best regards
