    Hi,

Several customers reported ordering problems on my site (“Forbidden” messages, Orders denied, Contact form data denied).
Please could you check what (setting) may cause issues?

    Thank you very much.

    Hello @rodeokreskaboy,

I looked into the website requests based on the URL you provided, I see only 1 denied order in May 2024 where the data was send by the visitor too often, thus imitating a spammer behavior.

Please, create a private ticket and copy-paste your question there for further investigation:

Thank you for checking our site and fast response.

Our clients are often older people who (we conclude) use devices inappropriately and therefore imitate a spammers behavior.

Is there any setting that will reduce the rules for multiple clicks (taps) that imitate spammer behavior on woocommerce checkout page?

    Thank you

Yes, some settings could be changed to make the protection a bit milder:
? Go to WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
? → set the option “Protect logged in Users” to “Off” →
? → set the option “Don’t check trusted user’s comments” to “On” →
? → set the option “Check email before POST request” to “Off” → Save Changes.

Also, there is a special category “WooCommerce checkout form” in the plugin settings for WooCommerce. You can disable them as well.

    Thank you.

    Thanks again.

I just modified the settings you have suggested. Hope it helps.

I will now monitor website requests and logs.

    Thank you for your help.

    Peter.
