Because of an inaccurate and 6 year old report against a website we had 1 link to, you marked our site as malciious which got picked up by virustotal.

I have hit the re-analyse button on the VT site but clearly your API is still showing us incorrectly as malicious. Really disappointing to be honest, this is not difficult tech to master yet your inability to do it right could have a pretty serious impact on our business and staff who worked hard to get us to where we are.

Please guys, sort it out even if you have to sit there spamming the reanalyse button to force an update im sure we can both agree that it doesnt matter if its VT sites thats saying it, its based upon your data so please use your connections to get it resolved.

  • Having this same issue where VT is aggregating “cached” data and still showing a client’s site as “malicious” even though the site is showing 100% clear of any malicious code or links.

Not fun to say the least.
