false positive – form cannot be sent

Hello CleanTalk Team,
we had another incident on 8.7. where a customer -accompanied by one of our employees on the phone- filled out the ‘new customer’ form on our website and then could not send it off because of CleanTalk. This is annoying because the form is quite extensive and the customer and also the advising colleague had to do more than 30 min. with it.Strangely, the log is also completely empty, so I can no longer find the mail or mark it as ‘Not Spam’. Are individual LOG entries only deleted after 45 days or is the LOG completely emptied after 45 days? That would be impractical…
Can you reconstruct what might have happened there?kind regards
