    We are experiencing consistent false positives on the following form:

    This forms appears across all pages on our site.

    On the backend, the form has a JS script running that assigns a long random string to the submission. This is becasue our autoresponder needs each submission to be unique, or it is rejected on the back end.

    Really, we need this form to be excepted from Cleantalk.

    We have tried adding exclusion by form field name “Phone”, however it does not work, and the error message persists.

    How can we resolve please.

    Hello @stewart66789,

    1. There is also a hidden email field with a long value on the form. Is there any possibility to remove this field?

    2. Please do the following:

    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
      → set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
      → set the “Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;
      → Save Changes.
    • If you have a cache, set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
    • Clear all the cache on your website.

    3. Let us know what plugin or theme this form is made with?

    I have temporarily changed the filtering settings in our cloud for your site. There should be no more false positives, but it will also increase the chance of spam skipping. The changes will take effect within an hour.

    Hi, thanks for this.

    1 – Unfortunately, the long number needs to remain, this is generated by JS and passed to our backend autoresponder to ensure each submission is unique, as the software does not accept otherwise.

    2 – I have done all these steps.
