False New Coupon Usage emails

    We are receiving some emails about new coupon usage even there is not coresponding Referral URL Visit nor order in woocommerce on specified date time.
    Double cecked on delivery log at our own SMTP server.
    Is it possible?

    Thanks for the message.

    That’s strange. I’m not able to replicate this issue on my end.

    The new coupon usage emails are triggered when an order that used an affiliate coupon code status is set to “completed“. (Not when the order was created.)

    Does the email include information about what coupon has been used and total commission earned, and does that correspond to any of the orders on your site that were recently set to “completed”?
