False indexing of installed plugin title

Hi Mikko,

first – this is a very great Plugin! I recommend to everybody who wants better search.

I have the following problem – when entering a keyword in the search box, relevanssi suggests also titles of installed plugins – e.g. when i enter “back” it shows “backup buddy” or i enter “icon” it shows “emoji icons”. these are installed plugins i use, but i should not show ??

Any hints?
