Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry you feel that way about our plugin. We’ve worked really hard coding this but migrations are complicated and depend very much on the server configuration wich means there are very large numbers of different configurations out there. I wish you reached out to us via contact form if you had an issue or needed a refund. We do not want to charge for a subscription like other plugins do and only want to charge per migration. The 7 days is really an extended time for you to get that migration completed in case something did not properly move over the first time you try.

I don’t mind paying for premium services.
What happened is I have downloaded every migration plugin on the wordpress repo to test their “free” versions. Your plugin cannot be tested at all; because it has only one “paid” feature.
From glance at the description, you would think it’s free and bashing premium plugins but it’s the complete opposite, sneaky marketing.

You can migrate your Plugins, Themes and Uploads 100% free of charge. We only charge a one time modest $3.99 for DB migration to support our development costs. We do not have size limitations or any other premium upgrades. I think this is clearly explained in our plugin description too.
