• Potential to be an amazing plugin, but falls short and
is a bit deceptive upfront. You do not get as many
features (at the free level) as they make you think

    Hey, @jaykibbee!

I’m sorry you feel that way. Our data shows that 97% of Ninja Forms users have never purchased a premium addon and have everything they need in the free Ninja Forms core available here in the repo.

If you can be more detailed about what in our product page you feel is misleading, we will absolutely take the steps to clarify further that those features are not included in the repo plugin. We tried to made the distinction very clear and we apologize if this is not the case…we definitely don’t intend to mislead.

We purposefully do not add any artificial limitations such as field types, number of fields, or number of forms, and there is nothing in the core plugin that makes you think you have access to a feature that is really only an upsell (they are always clearly marked as an addon or extra feature that is available).

We welcome your feedback on how we can help make this right.
