Falcon plugin can not be activated

    Hi, when I try to activate this plugin, I first get the error:
    Plugin has no header.

    Then I go to the plugins page and click activate and it reports

    “Fatal error: Class ‘Falcon\General’ not found in /mnt/web018/a3/75/56880175/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/falcon/falcon.php on line 21”
