It’s not so easy to see what happened here.
Your whole layout seems t have collapsed.
First it’s all goes into a long page with content and sidebars above each others.
Second, you seem to have many footers on the page.

The first problem must be due to your CSS. I tried to read it, and the main CSS structure for #content and other containers seem to be doubled. Have you by mistake got multiple copies of the stylesheet into the CSS?

It is so long, that my Firefox browser died.
Look at your stylesheet and decide if you want everything in there.

Then have a look at the measures of all containers:
Is there enough room for content and sidebar(s) inside the main container?

ok I’m going to correct the css,
but for the measures, please look the other pages.. is all ok there! It’s that the problem..

Well, I really cannot get to grips with your main page, to start with. something is definitely wrong here.
In Firefox the page repeats itself, so you get at least 4 headers with the top image with the same sidebar between and after that as many footers, which makes for a very long page.
The main content area to the right of the sidebar is empty.

In Internet Explorer, only one page is presented, also here with the main content are empty. What do you see?
