Falang conflicting with MailPoet

i have started to see what’s wrong but still problem with the page , without falang activated

i have created a page linked to a menu item, i put the shortcode [mailpoet_page] but the shortcode is displayed , i i use the preview button in the mailpoet settings it’s display correctly the page

I have continue the test but you can see in the screenshot bellow , if i make 2 forms

1 for french and 1 for english. It’s displayed correctly with the shortcode but the ?[mailpoet_page] is not replaced. i choose 2 diffents display for each language

I have been testing again, and actually I found out that yes, it is a conflict with Falang ??

Note: The custom Unsubscribe pages using the [mailpoet_page] shortcode won’t display as intended if viewed directly on your website’s frontend or from the Preview in the page editor — they will only display the shortcode in those cases. This occurs because the shortcode requires specific data from the URL parameters to render correctly (data that’s only present during the actual unsubscribe process).

To preview these custom pages, make sure to use the ‘Preview’ option provided in the MailPoet > Settings > Basics section (shown below). This method simulates the necessary conditions for the [mailpoet_page] shortcode to render as it would during the unsubscribe process. Alternatively, you can send yourself a test email, and test the Unsubscribe link from there.

The problem you have on the video , it’s because you have set in Falang settings to use the slug for default language

if you add the &lang=en to the url in the preview it work

on my test site the default language slug was not enabled , it’s why i haven’t see this problem

but it’s the preview problem not the main problem with a page with [mailpoet_page]?inside

I update my mailpoet from 5.1.0 to 5.2.0

Falang is disabled and permalink save to be sure the shortcode [mailpoet_page] is not displayed. it’s a test site with a lot of plugins.

After one of the last updates it seems to be working again. Thank you for your help!
