fake worker failed

Hi
I am getting this error:
Setting up fake worker failed: “Cannot load script at: https://www.example.com/wp-content/litespeed/js/442d2369849dae1e586c4babe26a352e.worker.js?ver=50666”.
It only happens with non logged in users. I cleared all caches. I tried Purge All.
