Fake WordPress Site again

I’m a wordpress hosted blogger from Taiwan, Now I found a fake wordpress site: https://wordpress5.com for traditional chinese version. https://wordpress5.com
This site host some Torjaned WordPress version, and many pirate post of mine and my friends, here my post: https://gordon168.tw/?p=73 , and the pirate one: https://wordpress5.com/wordpresscom-stats-counter.html
Can someone tell me how to sue this guy?
