Fake users/bots still signing up

I believe I have the proper version of Ultimate Member installed – as well as the reCAPTCHA addon:
However, I believe that fake users/bots are still signing up:
Based on the e-mail addresses, I don’t believe that these are “real” people.
Can anyone tell me how to safeguard against this?
