Fake Subscriber accounts

I’ve been getting a ridicoulous amount of fraudulent subscribers lately. Odd names like [email protected] (just an example) which Iknow are fale. Most IPs stem from russia, china or europe and I ban them but the problem persists. As a temporary resolution I have stopped people from being able to sign up. Is there a surer way to prevent these fake accounts from happening (bot accounts?).
