UNSTABLE , UNTRUSTED, FAKE COMPANY AND SOFTWARE
1. its seems this is a fake company none of phone call will be answered even if you have priority call and urgent issue
2. submitted ticket will take couple day if they answer it also you wont get proper solution usual answer is like this
change your template , its a unknown error , our we will work on this for next release !!!!
3. if you like to get reply on your ticket submit a refund also in same time maybe you get some of that fake reply in a day our two
4. the integration have issue on almost all browser , each browser have unique issue. starting from icon mismatch to other serious problem.
5.i tried couple time to set my knowledge base work no luck and i got real help on this from the support and its was this CHECK IF YOUR KNOWLEDGE BASE WORK ON NONE WHMCS BRIDGE.
6. lol fake company , untrusted buggy code, fake phone number , poor support.
