Fairly Complete and Very Robust
-
I recently installed Strong Testimonials PRO and am quite pleased so far. I’ve been doing websites for nearly twenty years, of necessity starting off with raw HTML. Now, I mostly use WordPress, but still find myself using raw HTML and CSS in some situations. Over the years, I discovered SimFatic Forms, which is HTML/CSS-based. It is SUPER powerful: multi-page forms; conditional formatting; calculated fields; notifications; drag and drop layout; etc.–but is not terribly friendly re: WordPress, although I have successfully used it in a couple of WordPress sites. One huge drawback is its inability to fully leverage the responsive environment. So, I’ve been searching for something similar from the WordPress zone, and have tried a number of solutions. I finally decided on Strong Testimonials PRO. Their free version gave me a feel, but was woefully inadequate for my needs. I’m currently developing a solution for a small law firm, and am quite pleased with PRO’s feature set, although I’ll be emailing them some suggestions that have cropped up with this latest project. For now, some things I’d like to see: more view templates, with a UI that allows someone to view an assortment of tiles to easily see what they basically look like and then select; the ability to place a non-breaking space at the end of a ::before pseudo element; conditional elements. Happily, they do offer an unstyled view template that is quite easy to apply your personalized styling right at the get-go.
