Fair warning to web designers…

  • I am a web designer and use the Formilla Chat plugin on our site. It works great and has generated leads from the start. The chat window contains a link back to Formilla.com, which, until recently, was a website for the Chat product. Now it is a web design site, which means I NOW HAVE A LINK TO A COMPETITOR RIGHT IN THE WINDOW WHERE I’M CHATTING WITH A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT. Very disappointed. It would have been wiser to maintain a separate site for the chat product.

    Hey David,

    We definitely agree with you and plan to release the ability to remove “Powered by Formilla.com” from the chat widget. I was hoping to get it done before our new site launch Monday night, but we had some slight delays. I will expedite this for you and hopefully have it done by tonight.
