Fair theme – customer support is poor

    The description for Promos Plus (purchased version) says that demo files are available. I’ve contacted the seller twice since purchasing the theme for $149. The first time, I received no response. The second time, the response was, “Would you need help to import the files as well? If you need help please provide the site url and login?credential. We will do that for?you.?” I responded, “No, thank you.? I just need the demo files, which your website indicates are available upon purchase – which I have done.” It’s been weeks, and I’ve received no response. In addition, the documentation link is broken.
