    Hello. For several days, every order that is registered, no note is registered for it. Previously, every order that was registered, in the content of the order (orders menu in the WordPress dashboard), a note called “paid with payment port x” was recorded! But now no notes are recorded, this is the reason why the new order email is not sent to me (the manager).

    I stress, there is no problem in paying for the order and the orders are completed. But no email is sent to me!
    Email settings and other things are completely correct.

    I understand that order notes are not being recorded for every order on your site.

    Can you please share if any changes/updates happened on your site? Like, plugin updates, theme updates, etc?

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
