Failure to Import Data (Media)

After buying a new theme I added it to my WordPress site. The instructions dictated the installation and activation of the required plugins: Instagram Feed, Jetpack, Ninja Forms, WooCommerce, Force Regenerate Thumbnails, One Click Demo Import and Advanced Custom Fields Pro (though the included version is a 5.4.8 when 5.5.2 is available for additional charge).

Once installed it asked me to load the demo data via One Click Demo Import, however the process never seems to finish (I left it for a couple hours just to be sure). After checking the resulting log file, it seems some things failed to import. I went back and went through the setup process for Jetpack and WooCommerce as the notifications for such were still present in my plugins tab. This did remove a couple errors but many remain, all of them media related. I skipped the setup options for WooCommerce (inluding Cart and Checkout pages, locale, payment options etc.) as it’s out of my curren scope. Could that possibly be an issue? The theme as is seems very bare bones (no pictures at all) and I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the xml file or one of the plugins, or something else entirely.

I can send the XML, but it’s a bit too large to post here. The items that fail to import are the first ‘items’ listed in the XML (and in the same order), but the XML file contains many more after ‘cd_3_angle’.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
