FAILURE TO HONOR DISCOUNTED PRICE

After one year of use and license expiring went to renew for lifetime.
Issue#1 – inability to go from annual license to lifetime as per their support. (ticket iD: 72889)
I received an email for a 35% discount overnight and opened it in the AM of that same day which email stated that the sale will be for the next 20 hours. Clicked on the link which took me to the site however the discount was gone! I opened a ticket within minutes of this and got now answer because:Due to the annual retreat, the entire Dokan Team was away from the office, which temporarily delayed our responses. We have now returned and are diligently addressing each inquiry. We appreciate your patience and thanks for getting in touch with Team Dokan
At which time I was told:
Then I made a correction because in the original ticket I said a 50% discount however it was 35%. Had no response and my client needed the license renewed. So i paid the price however although the offered a 25% discount earlier in the dialog now they say they cannot because it is “automated”.
