Failure to automatically update Facebook

The feed created by our programmer has not been automatically updated with Facebook for some time. We have tried them all without success. On both platforms the synchronization is set for once a day, but then this procedure does not go automatically. Can you help me?

I have a similar problem too. I created an xml file for a facebook catalog, and tried setting it to “daily” refresh interval, or “Refresh only when products changed”, but neither of them worked.
I have about 50 products.
I stopped WPcron, but I put it as Cronjob, I even run it through /wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron, and the products are not updated.
I have to “manually” update them every time.i have no errors in error_log, this is debug from our plugin:
