Failure to automatically update Facebook
-
The feed created by our programmer has not been automatically updated with Facebook for some time. We have tried them all without success. On both platforms the synchronization is set for once a day, but then this procedure does not go automatically. Can you help me?

Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. You mention that the “procedure does not go automatically”. From where doesn’t it go automatically? The plugin should automatically update the content of your feed on the interval you have set it (daily, twicedaily or hourly). Is it those updates that do not work or is Facebook not automatically retrieving your feed URL every hour to process it?
today I was able to see that the plugin’s automation does not work on the WordPress side. Do you have any suggestions?
Creates a CSV file but new products are not added to the feed dailyI have a similar problem too. I created an xml file for a facebook catalog, and tried setting it to “daily” refresh interval, or “Refresh only when products changed”, but neither of them worked.
I have about 50 products.
I stopped WPcron, but I put it as Cronjob, I even run it through /wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron, and the products are not updated.
I have to “manually” update them every time.i have no errors in error_log, this is debug from our plugin:

Hi,
Thanks for sharing these. It appears as you have enabled this plugin option: https://adtribes.io/update-product-feed-products-changed-new-ones-added/
Can you disable it in your feed configuration? When enabled the feed will only update when the plugin detected you made changes to your products, otherwise it will not update your feed.
Perhaps that solves the issue at hand.
I tried to remove the flag as per your instructions but the automation still doesn’t work. Yesterday I added a new product and today, even though the update on Facebook was successful, Facebook doesn’t add the new product to me. The CSV file that it generates for me on WordPress, in fact, does not contain the new item just added to the catalog on the site. I therefore think that the plugin does not maintain the automation. Can you help me?
What product ID’s are you missing in your CSV file?
This is the product ID: NXN-IT2
Hi,
That doesn’t look like a WooCommerce product ID? (probably a SKU?).
