Failure on our migration

Tried to transfer a site using the base theme “Avada”; the options didn’t all come across so the header and layout were wrong.
And the site was Cyrillic (Russian language) and all the text came across as ????? ???? ?????

So it might work for you but not with Avada nor with Russian text ??
