    Fsockopen not disable provider, 443 port not disable. Another paypal plugin WORKS! WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart not works!

    Hi, I am not sure why it is not working in your server. The only option I can suggest at present is to try a live test. Don’t enable or try sandbox testing.
