Fails to import users correctly

  • Terrible plugin. All the users that were exported and then imported don’t show up in the post-author drop-down field. Don’t waste your time with this plugin.

    We are sorry to hear that the plugin didn’t work well for you.?We’ve tried migrating users with the author role, and they were successfully listed in the post edit page as authors.

    Could you please confirm if those users have the role “author” in the CSV file? If yes, then could you please share your system report and the import CSV file via support after removing the sensitive data?
