Fails and almost no support

  • I bought the Pro add-on and was a waste of money. It stopped working and the support keep asking to generate new tokens for the same ticket… You need to install a plugin just to generate tokens but that’s all; they dont even log in the site of try anything. Waste of time.
    They didn’t solve the problem. They didn’t do anything basically just told me basic stuff to try. I bought the charts and graphs extention on WPbackery visual editor and it’s much more reliable. 75$ to the toilet. I want to get a refund.

    As we told you on the support ticket, the problem is related to your hosting platform which is blocking the ajax requests from the plugin.

    We have not received any notice from you about your conversation with the hosting provider in order to help you further.
