Fails after period of time (randomly)

    Plugin works perfectly for a period of time and then stops working showing a broken image on the page and no image selected in the MEDIA settings. I cannot seem to pin down when/why this occurs, but I cannot stop it from failing. Suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

    After reassigning the image it will once again work for a while then fail again.

    Hi glucas,

    sorry to hear this. From what you say I doubt this is a problem of dfi itself.
    Can you check if dfi_image_id exits in a the options? (either check the database or go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php

    It should be the number of the media image.

    Because you say a broken image appears I expect that there is a number, but there is not an image with that ID.
    Check that with the url yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=%DFI_VALUE_HERE%

    If the gives an error the image does not exist (anymore?).

    When reassigning do you also re-upload the image?
