Failing to get connected

Hi! I know that I’m not using a certified version of WP for this plugin, but I really need it to work. Since a field for entering my Nike+ login and password won’t appear, is there another way for me to enter it directly on the plugin’s code in order to put the widgets to run? Thank you, congratulations for your work!
