Failing To Create Distribution (Conflict With BackWPup)

When I click Create Distribution, it created the certificate OK but then failed to create the Distribution. (Permissions are CloudFrontFullAccess + AWSCertificateManagerFullAccess on the user).
NOTE: This appears to be a conflict with BackWPup.
If I enable debug, I get this in the log:-

@smartyp after a lot of testing, we have decided not to proceed with tweaking our plugin for
BackWPup.Please ask the developers of
BackWPupif they can upgrade AWS SDK version on their plugin.
