• Hi there,

for some months we are experiencing failing orders now (< 5%). These orders can manually be charged in the backend and we usually do so in the afternoon. Nevertheless, a proper process would be more satisfying for our consumers and more reliable.

I just checked the log files and apparently the error is “Refusing IPN due to concurrency on order#…”

What could be a potential cause of this?

Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you need further information.

    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards,
    Christopher
