    Good day,

After changing my theme from Suits to Storefront, my “continue to checkout” button stopped working.
I tried looking into what was wrong, did not found a solution but also found this.
    tables gone
Is this normal? I know nothing of programming, so please be gentle and use small words.
(I used mainly plugins so far and no manual programming)
    Thanks in advance

  • @cbmpaperdesign did you run the database update after upgrading to 2.6.4. WooCommerce would have displayed an alert message on the dashboard saying it wanted to upgrade.

It looks like your site is saying that the woocommerce tables don’t exist. You’ll have to look at your database using something like phpMyAdmin to see what tables exist.

@anphira thank you. I will try to find the location of the tables that do exist. ?? I have no idea what you mean with “run the database”. I downloaded the plugin, checked for updates and clicked restore all missing items when the tables showed up missing. Is this what you mean? I didn’t make a separate datbase.

@cbmpaperdesign if you had an older version of WooCommerce, then WooCommer would have displayed a button for upgrading your database. If there is no button, then you don’t have to upgrade.

Normally, the tables all install into your WordPress database when the plugin is activated. If they didn’t install properly, then your web server may have an unusual configuration. If you are still having trouble, you should contact your hosting company for help.
