Failed Upgrade

I just installed the Kubrick theme template and upgraded my website and got nothing but errors, I can’t even log onto the site. Here is the error –

The only way you can see the site is to type in the url like this https://recipesbymike.com

The site has been up for some time with no prolems and switch to the kubrick template with no problems it was the wordpress upgrade which created the problems. I could really use some help on this.
