    Hello Nate,

    This is my first time using the plugin and I am having a few issues. I tried a test payment in production mode and everything seemed to go through fine but then I received the following message:

    “Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again.”

    It also shows the order as “failed” on the Woocommerce orders page.

    I am not sure why I am getting this because I checked my merchant account dashboard and it shows the order was completed successfully, my bank account was charged for the item and the email I used during checkout received a “completed order” email.

    Also how is the AVS being checked when the plugin is a 3 step redirect with only the following input options; CC#, Exp. Date and CVV? Is it pulling the information from the previous checkout page?

    Sorry title should have been Failed Transactions.

    Also do you guys plan on offering a premium support service? I would be willing to pay for that to receive faster replies.

    @eratik no I never received a response. Unfortunately support seems non existent with this plugin. I went with a different NMI three step redirect plugin I found on CodeCanyon and it works fine.

    I’m sorry I missed your email. I’m not sure what happened there. I also need to do a better job checking this forum.

    If either of you are still having issues, please let me know. It seems like it might be a communication error, but we’d like to see screen shots of the transactions (both in Woo & your gateway) to help figure out what is going on.
