Failed to write to disk error

Hi,
I am getting the error “Failed to write to disk” when uploading pictures to my blog. I have tried using both methods of uploading and neither seem to work.

I have tried giving write permissions on everything just to make sure it wasn’t having a problem accessing a folder and I have seatched the forums (found 2 posts with the same problem but didnt seem to help for this version)

Has anyone got any advice for me?
