Failed to upload image after updating wordpress version to 5.4.1

    Hi
    I’ve a pro and updated version of smart image resize, recently I updated to word press version 5.4.1 and now whenever I am uploading product gallery images from woo commerce product page, I am getting below error, and image didn’t upload

    Smart Image Resize: Can’t write image data to path (/-32×32.)

    There are no permission issues, all of my folders are set to 777.

    kindly suggest a permanent solution,
