Failed to update siteurl and homer

    Hello Rene,

    I frequently get the error:

    Preparing Data Step1: Failed to update siteurl and homeurl
    I can leave this running for hours in the black modal window, but will not change.

    I have done every preparational step before posting this, but to no avail.
    Can I send you the log files to the support@ adress to have a look into this?

    Running WP 5.03 and wp-staging 2.48 from wp repository.

    Hi Tom,

    please, can you do me a favor and test the new version from the link below?
    https://github.com/rene-hermenau/wp-staging/archive/2.4.9.zip

    Extract the content and upload it to the folder wp-content/plugins/wp-staging

    Alternatively, you can disable and uninstall the current plugin and then install this new version.

    I think that version can fix your issue.

    Please let me know if this one works.
