“Failed to send your message” with yellow outline

FAQ > After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “There was an error trying to send your message.” What is wrong?

I’ve followed all the posts I could find in regards to this and still can’t figure this one out.

All that, that page states is something claims its a spam message…
I’ve monitored our server logs, its not even hitting exim, I’ve looked at our exchange logs, its not hitting that as well.

On top of that it doesn’t say what that page says…. if you try to send an email on that page you can see for yourself.
(Granted I guess the line is more orange then yellow)
Is there anything else that might cause this??

Same issue here – really wish there was more built-in troubleshooting and debugging.

@seanchiarot – see I have the same problem! Can I just reply to someone else’s post with “Me too”?.

@buzztone The captcha3 thing was it!!!!

I’m wondering if @takayukister could possibly do an update and make a error code that specifies captcha or even put that on the article he put up.
