Failed to send your message. Please try later – with ORANGE Border reCAPTCHA v3

    Hi,

    this just started to error out of the blue, not sure if there was an update that started the issue.

    I get the following error with orange border.
    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    i was on reCAPTCHA v2 so a bit of searching I ended up going the v3 but still the same issue occurs.

    I then installed flamingo – and everything ends up in spam even the legit tests as it scored 0.00

    reading the form i have checked console and can say if this is the cause or not but seeing:
    A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at <URL> was set without the SameSite attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with SameSite=None and Secure. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at <URL> and <URL>.

    Really baffled to the cause and how to resolve this issue.

    Any help ideas would be appreciated.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Partially resolved now!

    deleted all other variants of reCAPTCHA keys I had for the site also deleted and recreated v3 keys, but did not resolve the issue.

    I did have a plugin called invisible Recaptcha (because it was appearing on all pages at some stage) – although I updated the site keys on the plugin the issue was there.

    But disabling the plugin I get message successfully sent but now no email arriving!

    all working now, emails not being sent after fixing contact form issue was a hosting related matter which has been resolved.
