Failed to send your message.

I was adapting the form, and when I tested it on my website I got the message: Failed to send your message. “Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
This message is boxed orange, wich should mean my entry is spam?

I copied the form before adapting it, but the even the copy which I put up now doesn’t work. Solutios?
