Failed to send your message

Good morning,
We set up the site finally and got it going live however, none of our contact forms are working and we need them asap for our clients. Here is the error code we receive:
Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method. and also we are not getting any mail notification.
We called Bluehost for support however, they were not able to help and stated to contact the theme builder.
We need assistance as soon as possible please.
