    Are you using a custom theme?
    Does it work if you change your theme back to default WP theme?

    Yes I am using a custom theme. It’s called Sintia.

    I haven’t tried switching back to a WP theme as I wouldn’t want to loose any of my settings or info.

    I understand my question/request is probably explained in the worst way… but I do really need and want to get my contact forms working.

    Could you please tell me which code you want to see in order to fix this?

    I’ve read through the FAQ regarding this type of error I’m having.

    But even after trying multiple email addresses, I’m still not having any success here.

    PLEASE HELP!
