Failed to send my message

FAQ > After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “There was an error trying to send your message.” What is wrong?

Is the error border color orange or red?

Tested the latest version of contact form 7 with wp mail smtp, contact form 7 cannot send out any email, but if I change to use another plugin –> “very simple contact form”, which can send out the email successfully, I don’t know why?
