• Hi All,

Apologies if this has been answered exactly as-is but if it is, can’t find the solution.

I have been trying to solve this for ages – the membership form on the page attached won’t send no matter what. I identified an issue with wp_mail and moved to Mailgun and now everything else on WP is sending mail fine (new users, mailtest, etc.).

However, CF7 brings the red box issue no matter what I seem to do.

I’ve changed the mail to, from, removed all the message body to just ‘test’ to see if that would clear it, but no joy.

At this stage, I’ve no real ideas left.

Appreciate if anyone has another take on it I’m missing…

    Thanks,
    Andy

    Hi Takayuki,

Thanks for the time to reply. I had read that previously and yes, there was some issue with wp_mail.

So I changed over to Mailgun and now everything else on WP (like adding a new user, sending mail from other plugins, etc.) is working fine – only Contact Form 7 still isn’t working.

Should I be trying something else; or do I need to somehow tell it to use Mailgun?

    Thanks

    faites

Hello Andy, I use the plugin for a long time always without a problem, then suddenly the same error message as you. I had the same problem. I tried everything, plugins disabled all and so on. Finally, it worked when I used the same email address and sender address.

    in line 2 – from <[email protected]>

    Maybe it helps you
