    I’m getting the following error message with 30% of the emails sent out from my client’s website. Every time I log in and click the Retry button the failed message is successfully sent. Please advise.

    Hello @idealynx,

    It seems like you are using outlook groupmail to create the API keys which do not have permission. Kindly try with a regular outlook account.

    I don’t think I’m doing that. Plus, why does it go through when I resend it?
