Failed to retrieve original image

please go to my.quic.cloud -> your domain -> setting -> server IP, make sure it is the correct IP

I have updated the correct IP but still now i tried 200 pull images and not optimized. Please help where is the issue.

did you clean up unfinished data and re-send optm after you updated IP ?

Yes, i have tried but nothing happening.

2nd is my.quic.cloud is showing ok. But it is wrong. Last 3 days it has not optimized any image.

And i have consult with Hostinger, and they said it’s all about litespeed.

I recently come across an issue on image optm , when certain image failed to optm due to previously -already-optimized, it gets stuck and not moving forward, this coud be your case as well
