    Hey guys, I’ve been facing an issue with WooCommerce Payments, can’t continue with this step:

    After entering the requested details, I receive this error:

    Here’s what I’ve tried to do:
    – Install Jetpack, connect & reconnect (mentioned solution here)
    – Downgrade WP Core from 6.7.1 to 6.6.2
    – Enabled Legacy REST API
    – Changed PHP version to 8.2, 8.0, 7.4
    – Using the latest WooCommerce plugins and extensions

    No error logs appear inside the WooCommerce > Status > Logs, only this one inside debug.log:

    Hi @dynamitas,

    Thank you for the clarification and for providing all the details. To troubleshoot the issue, could you please deactivate all other plugins, leaving only WooCommerce, WooPayments, and JetPack active? Also, switch to the Storefront theme.

    After that, deactivate and uninstall Jetpack, then clear your browser cache, site cache, and WooPayments cache by following the instructions here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/testing-and-troubleshooting/#clearing-account-cache.

    Once done, reinstall Jetpack and try reconnecting to see if the issue is resolved.

    Hi @mosesmedh, I cannot change my theme, I want to mention that all of my plugins and themes are using the latest version.

    The Jetpack solution doesn’t help.I’ll try clearing all of the cache once again to see if it would help, will keep you posted.

    Clearing the cache or disabling it for a while is a good idea.
    Let me know how that goes.

    Meanwhile, could share your site’s System Status Report?
    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    Then paste it here in a Code block.

    I’ve already done all basic troubleshooting, disabled CDN, disabled LiteSpeed Cache and cleared all of the cache files from the file manager directly.

    Thank you for your reply.

    After reviewing your site’s system status report I noticed that logging is disabled for WooPayments.
    Are you able to access the Advanced Settings?
    If yes, could you enable it in the Advanced Settings?

    After you enable the logging, please try to continue the setup again and check if new log entries appear under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

    In the first message, you mentioned this error.
    Could you share a screenshot of the log?
    I want to check for any other clues like the total count and date when it occurred.

    Lastly, the system status report shows you have enabled object cache and Litespeed.
    I suggest you disable them while we troubleshoot this problem.

    The problem you are facing is common with incomplete or under-construction stores.
